Brisket is Bill's favorite and the first meat he plans to perfect.

When he's not smoking, you can find him playing all kinds of video games. He's even ventured into building his own game, although smoking seems to keep taking precedence. Other hobbies include scuba diving, biking and photography.

Dianne is always willing to help around the campfire. She is the other half of the crew that makes sure all the turn ins are up to par.

When she is not fixing the turn in boxes you can find her getting the N2Que website looking just right. Her other hobbies are photography, scuba diving, and playing World of Warcraft.

The sweetest, most gentle cocker spaniel you'll ever meet. She loves to smell the meat cooking and loves to eat it even more.
